Well, they never really went away, because lots of folks weren’t doing FHA loans, but as we see the prices on homes coming back down we have begun to see the number of homes owned by HUD rising. We’ve got a great offer from HUD out right now which I’ll be writing a bit about later but, in preparation for that post, I did want to post a HUD Home Buying Handbook that will spell the process of buying a HUD home out clearly and so that it would be available in an easy-to-access location.
If you have any interest in learning more about HUD homes or if you need help searching, let us know – we would be more than happy to assist you, or if you are interested in Phoenix real estate (or practically anywhere else in the country for that matter). Stay tuned for that article I mention above; it should be up sometime later today or tomorrow.
